Exactly. Were all missing the point here, if it gets to the point of what happened to OP, its already too late. If shes entertaining other dudes attention, theres nothing you can really do to make it better. You come down hard on the dude or the girl, you lose. you dont do anything, you still lose.

Best bet is to slowly try and distance yourself emotionally from said relationship and start the healing process if you dont have the balls to outright dump your wife and divorce her now, at least prep for the writing being on the wall

I agree that socializing with the opposite sex outside of a couples setting is disrespectful. Based on what bsmit has said, I wouldn't say his wife has been socializing. Sure, you can read more into it if you want, (Giving out the instagram is a bad look) but I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. I would hope a person could at least trust their spouse enough to assume the best, rather than the worst. I went to two public gyms over 4 or 5 years and became a bit acquainted with the regulars. The only people I would really talk to were other men. There were a couple guys that I would trade off spotting with that I got to know a little bit about their jobs and family, but that was pretty much it. I was cordial with the women, but just head nods and hi are you's if we crossed paths at the drinking fountain. Probably different being a man though, women rarely approach (in b4 I'm just ugly).

A couple of dudes in the gym crept on my wife and she always walks away from them and texts me what they were wearing and chit. Multiple times had lol'd at retard approach lines they've given her too. I'm always in the gym at the same time she is, but we don't lift together so i hear about it all when we leave.

I feel like its multiple times per week. It's a really big and popular gym btw. This one dude with some wonky eyes would just stare at her and after noticing him doing it several times I walked up to him and said with a calm, quiet voice "if i see you keep walking up to machines doing bullchit reps and staring at my wife we're gonna have a problem".

I started to walk away and he started yelling at me so i just laughed at him. He was a little 40 year old manlet... but he's since done the same thing to other women and been banned from the gym.
