How did that misc train run go in the end
SUPERHOT SUPERHOT SUPERHOT SUPERHOT
If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.

I got my bros.what you need is an exalted man to prep you up and buff you out frfr, get you out of chaos and make you look like something
if you was in switzerland id pimp you out so hard even you'd be surprised that this was possible for you

Lifts:
Squat: 460x1
Bench: 400x1
Deadlift: 575x1
OHP: 250x2
Weight: 180 lbs.
Don't have heroes; look up to no one. Because as long as someone's leading the way, the best you'll ever be is second.

After my leg day/cardio day bonanza I rested for three days. The third day may have been excessive. One of the days was a snow day, one was a Sunday, and the gym tends to keep weird hours. But yesterday I did go in. My normal gym was closed for spring break, so I got to haunt one of my old hang outs. No pool, but it's frankly a bigger, better gym. I recognized an absolute 10/10 blonde who works out there. I already used up the compliment allotment so I can't really approach again, but woah. That dude ... Anyway, I was trying to take it easy so I did arms, but all the new equipment got me a little excited. I didn't think I had done so much, but the tiredness settled over me like a heavy weight while I was still at the gym. I plan on going in again today.

I've been adhering to the plan pretty good. I look like a she-hulk. srs. Look at that bicep in this first picture! HRRRR (derrr). Booty gains in the second pic. Third pic is my mug, happy for once, lol. good coffee. I'm going to go on a jag of not overdoing it. Studious with the cardio - careful, not macho. I'm going to pay attention instead of telling myself "pussy! work harder, you lazy turd!" No more macho lifting, just lifting for results. My last three visits to the gym I left feeling like a million bucks. I keep track in a little spiral bound book I keep in my fanny pack. I'm planning on making another today.
The transportation issue is still a difficulty.

Honestly, you are looking really good. I remember months ago seeing some videos you posted, and you look at least 5 years younger in these photos.
I don't think you ever looked old, but you're definitely looking younger in face and body.
Pic #3 is probably the most important: feeling happy. It doesn't matter how good we look on the outside if the happiness and health on the inside don't match up.
Keep up the good work.
What's your diet like? I constantly struggle with eating what's supposedly the best for me. My cholesterol is high but I do better and feel better on lower carb diets. I wish I liked "healthier" stuff like baked fish.

Progress update: half hour of cardio yesterday and a handful of exercises. Going to hit the gym again today for a longer session. Had to run errands yesterday. Sadly I forgot to take a thotty picture of my outfit, which featured donut leggings and a black leotard. I did remember to take a quick mugshot.
