weak af since having covid (pureblood) (vaxcels stay out)
how long did it take for you to feel normal again after covid as a pureblood? i only had a fever/night sweats and muscle aches for 2 days then felt close to normal, but now over a week later i still feel weak af and muscles get fatigued fast when working out
plus i feel slightly "off" and low energy in general like i'll feel warm then cold etc and my nose/head feels slightly off and weird and it's annoying af
discuss below

Should have ate more dirt as kid. Also, travel to different places.

2 or 3 weeks you'll be back to normal. Don't just lay around though, get up and get moving everyday. Go for brisk walks but don't exhaust yourself.

A couple days and it wasn't even that bad when I had it, it felt like a bad cold/mild flu. I also take Vitamins D, C, Zinc and NAC which I believe helped.

Pureblood, had it a couple of months ago. Same symptoms as you. Even with a weak flu you can't expect to be back to 100% after one week, but it didn't take much longer than that for me before I felt completely normal.

Just depends on your experience. Some people don't even know they have it, some have symptoms and fatigue for months.
Just wait it out.
Also are you still 300lbs? That likely has more effect than anything.

Actual feeling sick was maybe a week. Not as bad as the flu but worse than a cold, if that makes sense. Taste came right back. Felt lethargic for a couple of weeks.
Brain fog for me was horrible and lasted a couple of months. I honestly thought I had a brain tumor or something.
