Nice brah.
The closer we approach the uncertainty of life's ending the more we wish to trade all of the things we have acquired in exchange for all of the things we have lost: wealth for youth, knowledge for fresh curiosity, resignation for hope. We'd trade our wisdom for new experiences, but it is wisdom that will teach us that at the end of the road the only new experience is death.

Current overhead press is around the same as yours at 170 lbs. My peak was 140 x 5 at 165 lbs.

Boyo how's the wh0remaxxing scene in Eastern Europe?

Is it worth the time and money to go on a PSC pilgrimage to Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Romania?

Yes. Anywhere east of the Vistula River will offer prime slave cunny at pleb rates (LooksMaximus says the whoremaxxing scene in Poland is largely dead, but it's going to be lightyears ahead of anywhere in North America or Western Europe. The further east you go, the cheaper the whoremaxxing experience becomes.

Right, right.

Yeah my baseline/working sets are:

Mil Press: 0.5 plate/1 plate
Bench: 1 plate/2 plate
Squat: 2 plate/3 plate
Dead: 3 plate/4 plate

Don't really care which measuring system, plates or kilos lol.

lmfao this rack had pins that could only attach to the inner bar srs. I was livid when I made this discovery. Would never be caught dead overhead pressing in the rack otherwise but this Anytime Fitness is not the most... generously furnished.

"If there's no one to mog, then are you mogging at all?"

You've gotta strive to mog yourself. True mogging is staying on a difficult path to be the best you. You gradually improve yourself? You've mogged yourself. You slack and cope? Well then the reflection you see in the mirror is the entity moggin' you. In a way, you've always got yourself to mog.

Lmao glad you enjoyed, still need to watch your battle, thanks for the reminder

I do chest, tris And shoulders
Back bis
Legs
Repeat

Obviously take rest days In between but that’s what I do

On my 1st chest day I’ll do flat bench, incline bench, weighted dips, side lateral raises, rear felt raises and tricep isolations (rope pull downs etc)

On my 2nd chest day i do standing OHP, close grip bench press (or floor press), weighted dips again, and just some side/rear lateral raises and tricep isolations again.

I feel like you can get more frequency this way And it’s more efficient

Same but I don’t hit arms directly because I don’t see the point

Chest and shoulders
Back
Legs

Repeat

you could definitely get away with no arm movements and still look great but I think it’s sub optimal, especially if they are a weak Point

I used to have arm days back in the day but that was pointless lol. Just hitting them directly after compounds is good enough imo but each to his own

I just wanted an adventure boyo. I had to escape from clown world too tbh. Russia has its own version of clown world, but it's a lot more tolerable than most of the west. TBH though, I'm in the south rn and I've driven around and it's pretty based down here at times.

Before all this war chit started, living in Saint Petersburg was basically just like living in any other historic Eastern European capital. Really easy access to other nearby nations, great historical tourism. It was honestly a pretty dope set up.

Gonna need to see what's going on when I get back, but I don't anticipate relocation tbh. I travelled a bit during the whole coof 'travel restrictions' LARP and it was mostly horsechit that they were closing down all non-essential travel.

I think it's gonna be a similar story with all these nations 'closing their airspace' to Russia. Seems like I'll just need to fly to Turkey or take a train from Belarus to get back. No that complicated.

Any tips for starting a running routine for someone who has legit no cardio

Went and got a physical done recently and the doctor said my lungs have long term damage from vaping but I can reverse that by quitting and he told me I should be doing cardio
