I don't think I fully followed the rules, because the original sample is only really prominent in a couple of parts, but what the hell, here it is:

PS. I'm moving house at the moment, so I've had to take down all the acoustic treatment from my studio to put in the new studio, the frequencies in the beat are probably all over the place.

yo, which software do you guys use to mix samples and stuff? I play guitar, so I make backround tracks (drum and bass) to play over using FL Studio, and I edit the raw wave files in GoldWave. then I mix them together in Adobe Audition. I'm new to "Sampling", but it's basically just cutting up the samples and layering them together in Adobe Audition and I'm having some success... Just wondering what other software yall are using, I'd like to get into this more, thanks!

Also, Jandels, sprykee, very impressedanyone else I missed I'll listen shortly

Like I was saying to Sprykee, I use Audacity to record into/import audio, chop and export as wav, mp3 whichever. I use it for mastering too.
Sequencing/effects all that is done in MPC essentials -2014 I think def. not state of the art

thanks, I'm pretty sure it's similar to audition. I'm not good at sampling yet, but maybe I could try recording some guitar, your mix sounds like it would be a good platform

I do everything in Cubase 12 pro (recently upgraded from 11).

As I said though if anybody offers up a good sample I'm more than willing to make a beat.

I'd even offer up one of my samples but to be fair it's going to be a sample that I already made a beat with.

Give me an idea of what kind of sample you're interested in, or what type of beat you'd like to make.

I'd totally be up for someone recording some vocals to my beat so I can fix up the arrangement and do a proper mix with the vocal stems. In general, I'm looking for any excuse to make music lol. Ever since I changed career from music production, I miss it. I still work on some commissioned music projects, but it's not nearly enough to keep me satisfied.

My bro I think we dm’d about beats like 10 years ago on misc srs

Not sure if you were an fl studio guy, could use some pointers on what VSTs everyone is using these days.
I stopped hustling beats at some point in uni

Shamefully I felt out of sorts making this beat like my library for sounds was pitiful. You and I used to be killing the game back in the day man on these beats
