I'm curious, why do you make excuses for him fighting back but not her? They were both abusive to one another. (I also might be missing key elements of this case, I haven't been watching it live!)

His only mistake was not having a good enough support system to tell him to "GTFO" before he was in too deep with this girl. Drinking and doing drugs is not anything more than drinking and doing drugs, and words said in anger don't really mean anything.
I have paid almost no attention to this case other than what I've seen here, but all of these Cluster B's act exactly the same so I can accurately predict her actions.

No, they're people with trauma. This whole "literal demons" nonsense is completely hysterical and removes accountability.

The Cluter B girl I dated was the one buying drugs for me at the beginning of our relationship lol. Then her personality flipped after like 30 days and decided that drug use was bad(while she became closer friends with a couple who also liked to use drugs). These people are disordered, and I'm starting to think you may be disordered as well for thinking this behavior is normal.

No where have I said this behavior is normal. I also do not think accepting drugs from your new girlfriend is normal.

I see the point of view stated in these threads that a skilled cluster b could pull anyone in, but I really wonder about that sometimes. Maybe I'm showing my naivete, but I do wonder if some people are just particularly susceptible to that type of influence. I freely admit I've never been around anyone like that. But I don't spend time with people who try to bend my morals or who are manipulative; maybe that offers some protection or maybe I'm just lucky.

I don't see myself in that situation because I would never be in that situation. I don't keep company with substance abusing maniacs.

Unsure if I'm explaining myself here.I used to believe only in the physical normal world but with time I’ve come to realize that there are other spiritual worlds and that darkness and evil and the devil are real. I used to never believe in the devil and I thought it was a childish fantasy. But I’ve learned it’s real. Darkness and evil are real forces that surround us and try to invade and possess us. We have to guard ourselves against evil or it will creep in unnoticed. It’s very real unfortunately.

I wouldn't always be susceptible to that type of stuff, but she asked me a bunch of questions then kind of came up with a fake personality to get what she wanted out of me while also figuring out what I wanted so I wouldn't push her away. But I was by myself, on vacation, with no plans and all the freedom in the world, so as soon as she started talking to me she knew she found someone she could get whatever she wanted out of at the time.
Ultimately, they are users. They are looking to use you for whatever they can, and once that supply is cut off is when they start acting terribly and all the abusing stuff begins.
