Don't kid yourself; 200mg+ per day is a lot of caffeine and completely unnatural

Remember that your nervous systems and neurovascular system cross-talk on a molecular level meaning it's extremely sensitive to sudden changes; the heart is entirely controlled by this


Ideally you would consume no stimulants, personally I limit to 60-100mg/24 hours max

People with known heart conditions are told to limit to <200mg per day and again, ideally none



But like I said, people very rarely just drop into cardiac arrest without prior symptoms, he appeared to be in good health so this doesn't add up from my initial perspective

one 8 oz. cup of coffee has 95 mg. i drink 3-5 every morning.

Not sure if you brahs remember Kevin’s VladTV interview, but he said he was diagnosed with stage 3 Hodgkin’s lymphoma during college, which forced him to drop out.



I’m now convinced that was his cause of death. Not the cancer directly, but the damage inflicted on his heart by the disease and/or the radiation to treat the disease srs.

The heart disease link has been found in multiple medical studies.


Patients with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma at Risk for Heart Attack Later in Life

Patients treated for Hodgkin’s lymphoma are at an increased risk of death from a heart attack for 25 years following therapy. In order to reduce the risk of death from cardiac complications, individuals diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma may wish to discuss monitoring procedures for the early detection and treatment of heart conditions.

Patients treated for Hodgkin’s lymphoma, particularly at less advanced stages, have excellent long-term survival and cure rates. Due to the longevity of the majority of these patients, researchers have focused on long-term quality of life issues as well as side effects that may occur long after treatment has been completed. Results from earlier studies have indicated a potential increase in the risk of heart conditions among patients with various types of cancers who receive radiation that may include the heart. As well, it is known that anthracyclines carry an increased risk of long-term damage to the heart.
