Sure sure, first the Ukies sank the Moskva - aka their only ship with long range AA capabilities -, then Bayraktar'd the SAM sites and the replacements, then launched an air attack with their equipment that has been already destroyed three times over according to Russian MoD which was then shot down by...something.

I think equipment is going to be a big factor here. Russia used to be able to win wars by simply sending more men, but those days are over. The real nightmare for them is that all the best kit requires electronics - those items that are currently unavailable to Russia due to sanctions. I'm sure that they can get some of what they need but it will be a weaker, slower, more expensive supply chain.

Time is not on Russia's side.
