Yep. 100%.

Coming from a conservative that owns firearms and had LEO as family.

The majority of them are undertrained cowards.

In my PERSONAL experience, as an upper class white male, a majority of them are try hard wannabe tough guys. They are a joke and they are cowards (as we saw in TX).

Cops protect deemed property and capital. The Supreme Court solidified it.

Anyone that talks about or placates notions of cops protection and cops being public servants are cucks.

Cops are agents of the government to serve authoritarianism. Nothing more. They are cowards.

Cops aren't your friend. They have proven that time and time again.

This. I'm confused as to why that happened being as everything I know about modern day active shooter LEO training is to get in fast and eliminate the threat to reduce casualties. Even lone officers.

No, it's just election season. The NPCs are just told what to care about right now. And like good little sheep they always care about the latest thing.

repped. spitting the blackpills.

Yeah. Cops are essentially property security company. Of course this wouldn't make sense to market them this way so they are marketed as protectors of citizens.

I mean I'm not saying one wouldn't help you in a situation but you have to understand where their loyalties lie. Its not to you. Its to themselves first ( avoid harm) and then who they are paid to protect (taxable assets).

Again, be mad at the cops who didn't go in. Fine. I am too. But lumping them all together like DTRex did is pure bullchit. One cop grabbed a shotgun and ran in while off duty, getting his daughter and her classmates out. Two more engaged and got wounded. And three went in and took the shooter out.

I'm angry at the ones who mulled around outside too. But you can't sweep the chit the actual heroes did under the rug and doing so is wrong.

I reckon this is half the problem
How long does police training take?
There are around 18,000 police agencies in the US, but with no national standards on training, procedures and timescales vary across the country.

On average, US officers spend around 21 weeks training before they are qualified to go on patrol.

That is far less than in most other developed countries, according to a report by the Institute for Criminal Justice Training Reform (ICJTR).

The report looked at police training requirements in more than 100 countries and found that the US had among the lowest, in terms of average hours required.

Seems like an old boys club too where slack jaws are guaranteed entry by their LEO folks. That is assisted by the fractured localised structure.

Covid showed us cops are nothing more then paid goons
Seeing cops gleefully bashing grannies and pepper spraying people to enforce covid tyranny only reinforces my views on cops

Cop here.

I don't care if people support me or not. I deal with the dumbest people of society on a daily basis and clean up societies messes for 8 hours a day. I'm literally a janitor, a babysitter for adults and "customer service" for all of life's issues.

The public demands, on a daily basis, that I do things that violate the rights of others because it would help them achieve something..those same people then call for me to be arrested if I violate their rights. I've been called to houses where a neighbor is upset that another neighbors trash blew into their lawn and they DEMAND I arrest the neighbor. I don't, so the caller ends up calling and filing a complaint because I didn't help them. I have responded to calls at the beach where someone is upset another person is taking pictures, so they DEMAND that I arrest that person for disorderly conduct for upsetting them. I don't, so they complain.

I respond to an accident where a guy is hammered drunk and crashed into 3 cars. I arrest him for DUI and he starts screaming I'm arresting him because he's black. The black neighbors hear this and come outside and all start screaming "youuuu only be arresting him cuz he black!" As the stumbling handcuffed black man is pissing himself as I put him in the backseat of my car as he calls me a racist.

Do I give a **** about any of that? Not at all.

I get paid 6 figures a year, get a ton of time off, a golden retirement plan and benefits. And the anti police narrative the left is forcing onto everyone has honestly only made my job easier. People don't expect anything out of us anymore. As long as they keep paying me, I'll keep showing up.

Edit: if there was ever a school shooting at an elementary school, I believe I'd go in. Based on my experience with society, kids are the only thing really worth saving or dying for. Adults? I mean the majority suck, so no.

Two cops got shot within 5 minutes of the shooter being in the school.... You would keep sending in more officers immediately? You need to plan something out in a situation like that.... Shields, armor, backup, being absolutely certain you wont hit more kids with crossfire, etc etc etc. I guess it shouldnt take an additional 30 minutes, but youre not exactly dealing with a safe and predictable environment.
They had shields, body armor, and rifles. They simply didn't go in. BORTAC arrived at 12:15, they didn't enter until 12:50.

It could be that there were no children shot in that time frame. If so....maybe it doesn't matter. But there were kids still alive in those two rooms that the shooter could have shot.

Perhaps they were weighing the risk of entering and triggering more shooting from the killer. I can see that. But they had to enter some time. It seems to wait is risking more kids killed. Not a cop here, I'm sure these were tough decisions.
Virtue is its own reward.

I respect and appreciate good cops and they're definitely needed but this was a low-IQ town, I assume with a police force made up from people generally from that same lower IQ town, who from the looks of things could have done better, and could have probably been better trained. I don't think that's representative of all cops though. They're also always just an order away from destroying our rights (Katrina). Just something we have to live with as long as there are a-hole criminals in the world and hopefully everyone in that field can learn something from this.

Brah. Just stop. You're literally using the example of cops that went in to save their own and then retreated to safety. Cowards.

Then you speak of cops that took fire? Lmao.
There were several cops with vests and tactical gear that were apparently TERRIFIED of an 18 year old kid with a single rifle and no training.

Cops are the private security force for the government. They do more revenue raising than anything else. And as we all saw during the scamdemic, serve and protect does not refer to the people but rather their employers.

No? Is the problem that you can't read or something? Go re-read my post. Fuk the ones who stood outside while kids were getting shot. But don't lump the ones who acted in with them. 3 charged in under fire and took the shooter out. Others were wounded engaging him, and one responded off duty with a borrowed shotgun and got an entire class to safety.

All I'm saying is don't lump those ones in with the ones waiting outside.

And lol at the military comment. Have you seen the wokeness the military is pushing? I wouldn't be so sure about that last comment nowadays.

Edit: just looked up the Uvalde police dept. They pay $40k to start. A town of 15k paying that low isn't going to attract the best candidates in the first place.

Yeah, I'm German lineage too.

Point was, we sent 18 year old boys overseas to do what no modern day cop is apparently capable of... have a modicum of balls.

I won't pretend to be a badass, but I think this is especially important with Memorial Day coming up. My Grandther died in battle in his early 20's, my great grandfather was at Normandy in his early 20's, my other grandfather barely survived Vietnam in his mid 20's, and my uncle is missing both legs and an arm... he lost those at 20 in war.

And we can't get a dozen cops full of armor and tactical gear to engage and beat an 18 year old incel with an AR. FCK THAT! Losers. Cowards. Not deserving of freedom.

"3 charged in under fire and took the shooter out"

What fairytale are you reading. You make it sound like 3 brave cops stormed the school and took out the shooter with haste.

But who was 50 minute wait time while kids got slaughtered

But who was tactical units told to stand down

But who was cops that charged in only to save their own kids

But who was "trained" cops in full gear that got their ass kicked by an 18 year old incel with a rifle

Going to permanently LOL at cops that claim part of "tactical" or "swat" or "response team". Lmao... hope they don't come up against an 18 year old with a gun hahahhaa.

No real military experience, no respect. Move on.

Yikes.

This reeks of insecurity and desperation to feel relevant or powerful.

Don't worry bro, when you pull me over for speeding, I'll be sure to act intimidated before I pay the menial fine that means nothing to me.

I assure you though... we're all REALLY impressed by your OT pay with the DOT so you catch up on your bills LMFAO

Move on.
I can only explain it to you, I can't understand it for you. So I'll try to make it as simple as I can since I'm not actually disagreeing with you.

Fuk the ones who didn't go in.
God bless the ones that did.
Don't lump the ones who did with the ones who didn't.

Also, do you not see the irony in your military comments vs the 18 year old with a gun comments?

Hasn't changed one bit.

There are plenty of videos out there where cops exchange fire with a perp right then and there.

This post is perfectly reasonable

There's a lot of anti-cop cucking going on in here. If the reports are true and they did not enter just because they're pussies the cops should be removed for negligence, at least the one who gave the order.
