Eminently Qualified Human (Jocko) (4:40am) (But why)
Started using Jocko's EQH App over the last few weeks and see a noticeable difference in my focus and daily goals. Cannot recommend it enough. Even though a few of these categories right now aren't priorities, it's a solid review of my day and helps me look at what I need to get done tomorrow.
https://apps.apple.com/us/app/jocko-...p/id1594290472
It's an app with a daily Likert evaluation (and ability to set a reminder to do your eval daily) that includes:
1) Health - Physical Fitness, Sleep/Rest, Diet/Nutrition
2) Personal Development - Intellectual Fitness, Time Management, Financial Management, Personal Goals
3) Professional Development - Performance, Advancement/qualifications
4) Character and Leadership - Humility, Emotional Control, Mentoring/Charity
5) Relationship - Family, Friends/co-workers
6) Preparedness/Safety - Martial arts/self defense, Weapons Training, Fire/safety/emergency, Neighborhood/Community Impact
inb4 SS "type A overachievers are soooooooo annoying" ya I know but at least I'm not tracking my life in excel hehe

I don't need to rely on an app to live my life.

You might have the wrong perspective on what this is supposed to be. Nice find OP.

That may not be a healthy way to live life. Idk if it makes you happy do it, but it seems kind of egotistical to keep trying to achieve and be better etc instead of just trying to be happy, connect with other people, enjoy the moment, etc. I only say that because that’s where I am in life now. I used to be like that before I finally got out of grad school and now have a freat job. I’ve made it. Everything in my life is great except I haven’t found a gf I want to marry yet. Now I just try to enjoy my short life and stay healthy. If it helps you do those 2 things I just said then it’s worth doing!

In. A lot of times I need a good kick to keep me in the right direction. Sometimes it's something very simple, a light reminder. But I'm the first to admit that when I have zero guidance or discipline, I get lazy in multiple aspects of my life. Definitely going to check this out.
I started following Tu from Ronin Tactical as well. Moreso for his mindset, similar to Jocko. Big on self discipline, development, meditation, etc. Certainly beats sitting at home drinking on the couch.
EDIT: On spread with red as usual.

Holy cow I did the evaluation and it basically called me a lazy piece of sh!t... but I did take a day off work today and it was really a recovery day mentally and physically...
I think this app is great because it grades you on actions you are taking... most people would take a look at where I am and assume all fives... but my score was a 1.1...
Thanks for sharing this is awesome
