Oh nooo! States rights instead of a federal government dictating things!! How terrible!!

I do find it odd on the timing. They should have done this not during an election year.

Laws shouldnt be dictated on election season for consequences, whether you like it or not. Just being objective here. SCOTUS interprets the law, that is their only duty. I dont care "when" they dropped it at all, whether it drives more dems to the polls. The right thing is overturn it if its wrong.

Love how libs are encouraging people to take to the streets and rise up and fight against this while we're having the Jan 6th trials and saying that Trump rallied his supporters to perform a violent insurrection.

Also love how libs are saying this is such a tragedy for the gay community. Oh no! Two gay men won't be able to have an abortion!

Also love how Dems are using this as a rallying cry for re-election... "vote for us so that we can codify it!" ... you already have the house, senate, and white house. Why didn't you do this already? Reminds me of Republicans talking about all they're going to do for guns, but they didn't already try to do it when they could have.

And ukraine.

This is a political win for libs as it gives them something to run on when they literally have nothing but it wont save them

It is a weird moral dilemma

Basically people don’t have the right to kill another human anymore- as of yesterday they had a constitutional right to kill another human-

however the human still doesn’t have a right for legal protection from being killed.

Unless a state decides against it by state law, people can still kill certain humans.

This decision doesn’t protect them from being killed.

Missouri already banned abortion.

That was fast

Low IQs will probably still churn out babies. States where you can't get optional abortions might have a higher class of woman now because they have to not sleep the fuk around.

being Pro-Choice. I disagree with this decision. It is what it is and it be what it be though. All states can do now is go by what the majority of the populace wants I suppose.

What I don’t get is most of the people protesting will still have legal access. You’re not going to see a pro abortion protest in somewhere like Cheyenne WY. I wonder how many of them actually know that.

You know, people who are saying that SCOTUS is illegitimate and are going as far as to demand the conservative justices should be thrown out, they should know that a lot of people were very upset when Brown vs Board of Education decision resulted in the end to segregation in schools. Angry people also said the same things and actively prevented black students from going to white schools resulting in the National Guard being called in to enforce SCOTUS ruling.
You can't have every decision made to your satisfaction and then threaten a hissy fit or worse, a violent response.

What's even more baffling is most of the people protesting have zero chance of getting pregnant. Ain't nobody banging these weirdos.

The left literally does not understand that. They are exactly like children.

Absolutely anything that goes against them is a travesty and calls for the destruction of the system. When things go their way its just glorious victory, and happiness and joy all around!
