1st bulk ever, 1 month starting tomorrow on 27 06 2022 :0
So yeah, never bulked before. Just ate whatever and just did random stuff at the gym. Going to be strict about gains and see how it goes. 1 month because I swear I'll get beginner gains?
Never done a bodybuilding routine with high rep principles. Only trained low rep pull ups/dips properly. (Got +85kg chinup 2rm and +65kg dip 1rm, imbalanced too :/)
Still have widespread chronic pains/tightness, maybe I'm just weak all round?
Focusing mainly on arms/upper chest.

Biceps never grew from day 1. Upper chest too but I never trained it.
I don't know, I'm sticking to microwave foods. Like chicken and rice for dinner.
Breakfast: Weetabix
Lunch: Brown/wholegrain bread
Dinner: Chicken and rice microwave pack
I'll figure out all the calories/macros now. Hold on. Will edit this one later.

You need to focus on finding a solid stretching routine to help your back
Then add exercises that emulate those movements with weight
trying to build more muscle is probably gonna hurt you if your spine already cant handle your own bodyweight

That is also why I'm doing light weight high reps as mentioned. Bodybuilding style. No compounds.
It kind of makes sense, especially since I have never trained that way.
Why does that show I'm faking.

Goodluck brah. Im sure your mobility issues start clearing up once you get back on it & use proper form.
Stretching cant fix a muscular imbalance you know.
Also 85kg chinup yo mama bro. Doubtful of 65kg dip but ill let it slide

What, lol. Pull ups and dips were all I trained for like 3 years. My first post on bb.com was asking for pull up advice since I could anyway do a +40kg pullup. I aimed for +100kg but it seemed unrealistic since I have all these pains.
