Dude has 30 lbs on me while also being leaner, at a similar height. What can I do to achieve this?

Why would you even want that. Going against the grain here and saying while I think it's cool looking at freaks be freaks, I would never in a million years want to look like that.

As I got a little more mature, something about a body not looking natural and streamlined groces me out.

Imo this is the goal, maybe with a few lbs more fat.

That is a small man. Ripped and aesthetic as fuk, but small. His frame is really slim, a great swimmer that has never set foot in a gym would be wider and naturally bigger than him.


Id prefer a middleground, or maybe 2/3rds of the way closer to the guy in OP.

The only difference to me is that Shannon is like 6'5" with a wide frame and this guy has manlet proportions so I'm guessing he's like 5'8" tops. They're both on the sauce but I'd guess the pro athlete with a better frame for building muscle looks more natural than this guy
