Sore front shoulders
For a week or two maybe notice my shoulders generally feel sore. Tender type of pain. Noticeable if I press on them or protract them sometimes. Not very painful but it's there.
Have been doing more shoudler warm up and external rotations and bandwork to aid
Pressing moves: weighted dips 2x week, incline db bench, lateral raises, work
Am I on the train to snapcity?

You’re the reason why there’s tampon shortage.

It’s normal when you spend as much as you do in doggy position bracing yourself for your daily pounding.

Tell the guy to hold you the hips next time instead of the shoulders.

You don't necessarily have to add those previous movements back in, but if you haven't addressed your Pull:Push ratio, you need to soon.

Every dip session I'll do warm up rows and more afterward

Hey OP m8, did not read.
You still rock climb bruh? Any epic fail stories where you misjudged the strength of a grip point and it left you dangling 3.50 cm from the finish?

Pendlay row 3x5 195 i think
Deadlift 1x5 275
are the most recent from last week. Probably not doing any squats or deadlifts this wee though.
