I like to troll them when I have some free time and tail them for like 15+ minutes or until they get home and I park on the side of their house for like 20 seconds.

It's for emergency personnel, and for other drivers to understand why the vehicle might be traveling slower or being driven more cautiously so that impatient fuktards can keep themselves under control (maybe).

This. The 'baby on board' sticker is to let first responders know you have a baby in the car. Those little stick figures are a display of your narcissism.
