Try to find a way to get in on the conversation if you're close by. I'll usually troll a bit, act like I misheard something they said and turn it into something crazy that gets a few laughs...or if it's something I know about I jump in that way. Either that or you're gonna have to man up and approach them head on ask what they're celebrating with a smile if you can't come up with anything. I'd only recommend this if you're sauced up. If you have good vibes you'll have your foot in the door.

Tbh situations like this aren't worth the trouble outside of conquest/ego. It's a lot easier if you just hang out in a spot, then wait to see which girls come near you or hover. Pick your shots wisely, no reason to get desperate over one girl.
