Sometimes it’s just inflammation pushing on your nerve. It’s agony for a couple of days then goes away. Ibuprofen reduces it.

Based on the information here, the videos and self test, so far it seems like it’s not a nerve pain. It’s feeling more like a localized joint paint.
- Glutes are feeling a bit tight and “wanting to contract”
- sharp pain in lower back in the spine and when laying also now. When turning or trying to sit up gets much worse and really not able to stand up on my own. When laying, it feels like I should go #2 to get it to feel better or pop my back and it should feel better.
Fuk man. Really worried

I ride stand up freestyle jet skis and do back flips and **** on the water, taking flat landings ****s my back up. I had it so bad once I could barely get out of bed. Went and saw a legit massage therapist dude and he worked on my calves/ankles a bunch and then hamstrings and told me a few stretches to do and took a few days but was back to normal.
On tuesday I was riding and had a hard hard landing, next morning back right above tailbone was ****ed, almost feels like its on tailbone but just tiny bit above. I started doing light light stretches the next day, and then laying on a yoga ball like arms extended and chest up and extending back to stretch psoas/core.
Next day increased stretcing a tiny bit and today really increased the intensity of the stretch and feel great today.
But really focus on calves/hip flexors/gutes/upper glutes.

I’m feeling much better. Was able to get out of bed today with some pain but was able to walk without bending over and crying.
Bod and Brad video and couple others on YouTube helped me diagnose that this is probably a muscle spasm. Took some painkillers last night. Iced my back and Did very slight stretching/positioning last night before bed and took BackAid Max.
This morning we had a small brunch planned at my house. I was able to wake up, brush my teeth, take a shower, move around (with 25% of pain compared to yesterday night) and sit with the visiting guests while my chick did all the work.
I was scared I had done something majorly bad to my back - so glad it’s already feeling better.
Oh and before I got out of bed I held a sit-up (like barely a sit-up with my knees up and feet planted to the bed) to activate my abs. I think that also helped a ton. Last night it felt like my core was just collapsing.
If it weren’t for this place (bb.com) I would’ve probably ended up in the ER last night and racked up a bill
**^^ gone ^^**
