I have not taken supplements in 10 years...

I get what I need from food...but now im not sure.

I mean I don't feel I'm missing anything

Same. The only 'supplement' I'll consume is whey in my protein baking adventures.
*Look at reflection in car window and flex every time crew*
*Use half the roll to wipe after a poo crew*
*Fart in the gym and blame rotten smell on faulty ventilation crew*
*Fart at home and blame it on the dog crew*
*Watch neutron-star density poop mock me as water flushes around it and it stays put crew*
*Drive 2 minutes in the summer and back of shirt gets completely wet crew*
*Coffee black as midnight on a moonless night crew*
*Fat shame my cat on a daily basis crew*

Have you ever had your vitamin D levels checked? I came out low on a test years ago and borderline low last test I had. I try to supplement when I remember.

type your typical diet into fitday and look at the micros

may surprise you

plus those usda tables are old and supposedly micro content has dropped over time

i think a lot of dudes get big into supplements because its more a fun hobby to get new drinks and sups since we're spending 2 hours or so a day in many cases doing an activity.

If you have high blood pressure or Hyper Tension avoid that at all cost even if you take meds for BP its too dangerous.
