Eating lean beef every day
So i've been eating 150g of lean beef (post-cooked) for dinner with veggies every day
Ive adopted this because of the high protein and creatine in lean beef plus i cant be asked to change my meals every other day. I just keep it the same so brought lean beef in bulk for the month.
What are peoples opinions anyway?
My daily diet is:
- Homemade granola + protein shake (post workout)
- 1 cup of brown rice and 150grams (post cooked) chicken
- handful of nuts and fruit
- 150grams of lean beef (post cooked) and greens
- peanut butter + whey protein ball

How has your body been responding to the diet? Do you think you can maintain it happily? By the foods you're eating I get the feeling you're eating what foods bloggers and bull****ters tell you are healthy. I would hate that diet.
I can tell you the best cutting phase of my life has been eating 1.5-3lbs of chicken breast/tenderloin a day with buffalo sauce. Still was able to OHP 205 at 165ish lbs, and deadlift over 405

Yeah probably good. I did notice better gains when I eat red meat vs chicken. Nothing against chicken but steak worked better for me.

Tbh, I cant say much at this stage but i deff feel more energetic. Ive noticed though that beef/red meat has reduced my cravings in the nights. Literally have 0 carbs for dinner (xcept for the greens)but dont crave it.

your protein levels are way too low
considering how low your fats and carbs are you need to be like 300g protein a day dude sounds like you arent even breaking 200
seems like your total calories isnt even 1500

you are a lifter
normal people who dont even lift eat more protein than that with their meals and you arent even eating carbs or fats so why is the protein low when normal people who dont workout are eating 6-8 oz meat, and 50-100g carbs a meal......
think about this
also protein is NOT going to turn to fat

My German Shepherd puppy doesn't want to eat anything but raw beef. Pork, not so much. Chicken, a little. Cooked hamburger okay she will eat it. Raw lean beef, she eats until she's stuffed. She's eating about a pound before bed every night . Gains, she's growing like a weed and strong AF for a little 11 week old puppy.

Ask eat every day but not as much as you.
Amounts are all precooked but hereโs the meats I eat.
6 oz chicken
4 oz salmon
112g 96% lean ground beef
Also eat Greek yogurt twice a day, I want to say 3 cups in total but canโt remember off the top of my head. It basically ends up being an entire container on the day.
Then for carbs Iโll eat 2 Ezekiel muffins, 233g sweet potatoes (cooked on this one), 160g oats.

"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

Breakfast I eat egg bites I make. Sometimes I'll throw in a donut on my way to work if I'm feeling it and don't have time in the morning, otherwise I'll cook up bacon.
Lunch and dinner I eat whatever I make the night before. Right now for example I have a big marinated skirt steak waiting to grill later with a homemade chimichurri, and I'm going to make homemade garlic and smoked paprika potatoes in the oven.
I only have 3 meals a day now, but I also have dark chocolate + cashew butter for a snack, and will throw in random fruit too.
So my breakfast is egg based, and my lunch and dinner is heavy meat based with vegetable/carb sides depending on how I'm feeling. It's extremely easy, tastes amazing, and I always try making something new so it doesn't get boring. Also a majority of my food is from local sources. Most meat, vegetables, fruits, herbs, eggs, honey, etc. The bulk of what I eat.

Why do you roiders have such retarded protein intake? Mike ohearn eats 400-500g a day aswell lol.
Op probably has 180lbm and that's being generous, 180g of protein 200g to be on the safe side. No need for 300g lmao.
