Depends on plate arrangement
If you do 135 with a 45lb plate each side, and 95 with a 25, you’ve got the same number of holes so there’s a 40lb difference
But if your doing a 25 and two 10s on each side, you’ve got 4 extra holes of iron missing, so it’s really only about a 30lb difference

Bench press: 315x5
Squat: 465x1
Strict press: 205x5

About the same as a 225 bench to a 315 bench.

Landslide away. 135 1rm is around 20 reps with 95. If not more.

I can do 135 it just hurts my wrists. Guess my wrists are weak compared to my biceps
I can do > 100 lb dumbbells but hammer curl.
