How far is 135 lb curl from 95 lb curl?

Asking since I've done the 95 for the purposes of re racking weight but have never tested max. Didn't rep it but wasn't hard

You mean barbell right?

135 is very achievable for most people

Now if you are talking about db, then lmao 90 is like super elite and 135 is god tier

Depends on plate arrangement

If you do 135 with a 45lb plate each side, and 95 with a 25, you’ve got the same number of holes so there’s a 40lb difference

But if your doing a 25 and two 10s on each side, you’ve got 4 extra holes of iron missing, so it’s really only about a 30lb difference
Best lifts:
Bench press: 315x5
Squat: 465x1
Strict press: 205x5
Deadlift: 405x13 (conv tap'n'go with straps)

there's a huge difference between like fake curling a 90 lb db to put it back on the rack and actually curling 90 for reps with proper form breh

hammer curls, which is sort of what you would do to rack it, are also easier

About the same as a 225 bench to a 315 bench.

Landslide away. 135 1rm is around 20 reps with 95. If not more.

110lbs for a 8 and you should hit it

I can do 135 it just hurts my wrists. Guess my wrists are weak compared to my biceps

I can do > 100 lb dumbbells but hammer curl.
