How much sugar does Tom Cruise consume daily

Is there some published diet online that Tom Cruise has?

Srsly guy looks PHENOMENAL.

Aside from botox injections what do you think his diet is like?

How much sugar he takes?

Is it really that much genetics and botox?

probably keto/carnivore. Which anyone who cares about their health and wants to slow down aging, would be on.

Sugar is great if u want to get scammed by big pharma/govt and have nothing but diseases and hosptials in your life.
Weight Loss: Go carnivore or keto/low carb. Create calorie deficit. Buy packaged healthy meals if needed. Meat is good and heals, stop being lied to.

Why Avoid Sugar?

How could I possibly talk sugar without the warning? If you’ve spent any time around MDA, you likely know the drill. Despite its beloved place (not to mention omnipresence) in our culinary culture, sugar offers the following gifts that keep on giving:

Sugar stimulates a physiological stressor-reaction cascade that provokes adrenaline and cortisol release and thickens the blood.
Sugar effectively disables your immune system by impairing white blood cells’ functioning.
Sugar decreases your body’s production of leptin, a hormone critical for appetite regulation.
Sugar induces significant oxidative stress in the body.
Sugar appears to fuel cancer cells. (Check out Free the Animal for much more on the cancer connection.)
Sugar promotes fat storage and weight gain.
Sugar disrupts the effective transfer of amino acids to muscle tissue.
Sugar intake over time spurs insulin resistance, subsequent Type II diabetes and the entire host of related health issues like nerve damage and cardiovascular disease.
Yes, sugar is one insanely powerful drug. Addictive, to boot.

what a pile of chit, your brain is fuelled by glucose which is fckn sugar, if you do not eat sugar your body creates sugar to function out of the protein you eat

There’s plenty wrong with sugar, it makes you hungry, it makes you sleepy, it’s just crap.

That’s not how it works, the sugar from protein is created on “as needed” basis, which is better than overflooding your system with sugar, if you are an elite athlete about to compete, I understand, but for most people they have no business eating that banana and especially that cake if they don’t see sixpack abs when they look down, and of course your brain will run on ketones increasingly as you drop your sugar intake and replace it with protein and fat, Nothing wrong with that, many people find that to be much better, energy level more stable, there is no hunger and so on,
