It has been done since.

It hadn't been done before. As at the moment he completed his first rep he held the world record by 100lb. Then did 2 more. Then just continued with his workout since it was no big deal.

(and by has been done since, I mean for 1 rep. He remains the only person to have done 3 reps raw on this weight).

There are less than 5 people in the world who could 1RM that weight, but he can do it for reps.

Bro, we covered how it’s possible. Just add more weight each time you squat to the bar and you’ll get there eventually. I pulled 1800lbs yesterday on deads using this method.

Actually, my complaint is not that. It's these two things:

1) Hurling libelous rubbish and ignoring evidence to the contrary, and welshing out on challenges which could produce irrefutable evidence (my PhD fraud challenge, only one day old)

2) Spending an entire year posting homo/transphobic abuse, complaining about my racial slurs which could be counted on one hand with fingers removed, and completely failing to explain how homophobia is ok but racism isn't, then refusing to admit you're hypocrites.

The amount of people who train powerlifting vs people who play in the NFL (assuming they never decided to train powerlifting after their average 3.3 year NFL career) is like 100,000 to 1. There’s less than 1700 people currently in the NFL, many of them with terrible proportions to be successful powerlifters (gigantic OL with long ass arms, lanklet TEs, DEs/OLB who bulked/steroided up to compete with other massive people). They’re in the NFL because they’re good at football. Being athletic is one part of that. Why didn’t Usain Bolt make hundreds of millions in the NFL if that’s where the real money is for any sort of athlete?

People who choose to degrade other people’s accomplishments usually haven’t accomplished anything themselves
