Earlier today I canceled the "double date", as mentioned in the OP (told her I was stressed out because she saw her friend twice who clearly is at risk of being infected (her friend hung out with people that knew they were infected)). I cannot allow to miss work otherwise I will just be in deep trouble with clients. I am just mad busy...

She tried to convince me that there were no risks but I declined. Although the COVID thing does worry me, in reality, I felt like I could not encourage the adultery by meeting the other "couple"...

I proposed to see her Saturday and she said "probably". Clearly she was upset that I canceled as she was hoping I would hang out with her friend.

I will follow up and try to meet up this weekend... Most likely I will have to break up :/.

2) Breaking things out.

Sh0t hurts because I really like the girl.

Canceled a supper they had planned this evening with the cheating couple... Told them I was worried about the COVID story. Honestly I just need to think.

Any thoughts?
