Pick one of them as the higher priority and only list that one on their resume and if they get fired from the others then just pretend it never happened.

Usually though its because there is a new head honcho who has his “circle of trust” cronies and he whacks anyone who he feels might get in the way of his agenda or to make room for his “friends” to get promotions etc.outside of executive leadership nobody is safe.
