I’m not sure that MSM has given them the counter to this talking point yet.

The vax was to test your susceptibility to control.
Will the people accept the propaganda. Tells you just how powerful the media is and also lets them know what they need to tweak for next time.
Thats why they hate maga people so much. They are less prone to drinking the koolaid. Obviously, that would be an issue in the propaganda area.
Its like going to a hypnotist show and being the dickhead on stage not falling asleep and ruining the show.

"To be a warrior is not a simple matter of wishing to be one. It is rather an endless struggle that will go on to the very last moment of our lives. Nobody is born a warrior, in exactly the same way that nobody is born an average man. We make ourselves into one or the other."-- Carlos Castaneda

"They" were idiots if "they" thought or claimed such nonsense. Meanwhile, you have some very selective memory, since the initial goal was 50% effectiveness to be considered successful.

However the rest of the country did.
Literally every talking head on msm, and social media were calling them
breakthrough cases. If it was never supposed to stop the spread they wouldn’t have a made up term for them. It would have simply been just another case
They sold the lie and the public acted upon that lie - defending the vax by calling it just a breakthrough case, shaming others for not getting it, calling it a pandemic of the unvaccinated even though vaccinated were spreading it, cheering for people to lose their jobs, not be able to go out to public places etc. all over a vax they were told would stop the spread.
“They” is literally most of the USA population lmao

Is a deep dive into the history of vaccines necessary to form an opinion?

Hell. Doctors even admitted they were treating unvaxxed differently than other patients, out of anger of them not taking the vax.

i've yet to find where those pushing the vax and forcing people to quit their jobs readily claimed it was only 50% effective.

The vaccine didn't do shiit for covid. The friends of big pharma in the FDA approved the glorified saline injections they whipped together (and charged a pretty penny for) because their BS trials showed that the "vaccine" wouldnt kill people and showed that half the people did better than the placebo... which probably would have happened even if they gave everybody the placebo because we all know that covid behaves differently in everybody in terms of severity and symptoms.
Big pharma saw an opportunity to make billions with very little effort and ran with it.

Why allow them to move the goalposts?
Remember the “you’re killing grandma” argument cos apparently unvax are spreading the virus and it’s killing the vaccinated grandma via “breakthrough cases”?
A pandemic of unvaccinated?
Now it turns out that apparently if you’re vaccinated, it’s just a cold, but everyone can pass it.
So if everyone could pass it and it was just a cold for the vaccinated, why did you need me to get vax for you and grandmas benefit?
All those people including media personalities who pushed this needs the electric chair.
