I’m not sure that MSM has given them the counter to this talking point yet.

The vax was to test your susceptibility to control.

Will the people accept the propaganda. Tells you just how powerful the media is and also lets them know what they need to tweak for next time.

Thats why they hate maga people so much. They are less prone to drinking the koolaid. Obviously, that would be an issue in the propaganda area.

Its like going to a hypnotist show and being the dickhead on stage not falling asleep and ruining the show.

No when it first came out they pitched it to stop the spread of covid. And people would rage at you for not getting the vax because you were gonna kill grandma. It was called the pandemic of the unvaccinated. You lost your job if you didn’t get the vax, it was told it was going to be a winter of death if you didn’t have it. And then when someone vaxxed would get it, they would say it’s a rare “breakthrough case”

Now, that it’s absolutely clear it doesn’t do jack chit to stop the spread, all the pro-vaxers, and pro covid folks are screeching “iT wAs NeVeR sUpPosEd tO StOp ThE SpReAd”

Yet when you called it out earlier you were told those were just breakthrough cases lmao

Did you actually expect these to be the first 100% perfectly effective vaccines in medical history?

"They" were idiots if "they" thought or claimed such nonsense. Meanwhile, you have some very selective memory, since the initial goal was 50% effectiveness to be considered successful.

I never thought it was effective. Which is why I never took it. It’s not effective at all from stopping the spread so your 50% stat is useless

However the rest of the country did.

Literally every talking head on msm, and social media were calling them
breakthrough cases. If it was never supposed to stop the spread they wouldn’t have a made up term for them. It would have simply been just another case

They sold the lie and the public acted upon that lie - defending the vax by calling it just a breakthrough case, shaming others for not getting it, calling it a pandemic of the unvaccinated even though vaccinated were spreading it, cheering for people to lose their jobs, not be able to go out to public places etc. all over a vax they were told would stop the spread.

“They” is literally most of the USA population lmao

"Cheered that people lost jobs" is no bueno, i just assumed they weighed the pros and cons and were willing to stand on principle.
I know lots that took it( R+D), almost everyone i know and i never heard cheering for negative outcomes for others.

what should be expect when the manufacturer claims it prevents spread?

Is a deep dive into the history of vaccines necessary to form an opinion?

People did stand on principle instead of bending the knee. And good for them. Many pro covid folks were happy they got fired. It was shown across msm(don lemon had a whole segment on it) , it was on social media by influencers and comment section, here in the misc by the pro-covid miscers, and even employees in the healthcare setting. I went through it myself, so I know first hand.

Hell. Doctors even admitted they were treating unvaxxed differently than other patients, out of anger of them not taking the vax.

all i found about 50% effectiveness is that it is an FDA requirement a vax is 50% more effective than a placebo.
i've yet to find where those pushing the vax and forcing people to quit their jobs readily claimed it was only 50% effective.

The vaccine didn't do shiit for covid. The friends of big pharma in the FDA approved the glorified saline injections they whipped together (and charged a pretty penny for) because their BS trials showed that the "vaccine" wouldnt kill people and showed that half the people did better than the placebo... which probably would have happened even if they gave everybody the placebo because we all know that covid behaves differently in everybody in terms of severity and symptoms.

Big pharma saw an opportunity to make billions with very little effort and ran with it.

It's Trump's fault for approving vaccines that don't work. He should have been more open-minded about traditional vaccines.

Why allow them to move the goalposts?

Remember the “you’re killing grandma” argument cos apparently unvax are spreading the virus and it’s killing the vaccinated grandma via “breakthrough cases”?

A pandemic of unvaccinated?

Now it turns out that apparently if you’re vaccinated, it’s just a cold, but everyone can pass it.

So if everyone could pass it and it was just a cold for the vaccinated, why did you need me to get vax for you and grandmas benefit?

All those people including media personalities who pushed this needs the electric chair.

I'm really not sure why the anti-vaccine crowd continues to peddle this lie. Statistics show vaccines are highly effective at preventing infection, hospitalization, and deaths, even against the newer variants they weren't originally developed for.

Huh? I never said the vaccines were claimed to be 50% effective. They were 95+% effective against the original Covid. My point was that no sane person would expect any vaccine to be absolutely perfect - but that expectation is needed for someone to claim vaccines are ineffective because they aren't 100% perfect. (See previous post).

9/12/2020:
"The Food and Drug Administration has said that once a vaccine is shown to be safe and at least 50% effective, it could be approved for use in the U.S."

8/18/2020:
"Coronavirus vaccine with 50% or more efficacy would be a ‘game changer,’ says trial investigator"

6/30/2020:
"The guidance also discusses the importance of ensuring that the sizes of clinical trials are large enough to demonstrate the safety and effectiveness of a vaccine. It conveys that the FDA would expect that a COVID-19 vaccine would prevent disease or decrease its severity in at least 50% of people who are vaccinated."
