Can you give some details? Is she trying to lose or is already lean and trying to gain some muscle? Has she lifted in the past or a newbie?

3/10. Need way more leg/glute work. Train legs 3 days a week. Do 3 full body 75% of the movements legs, unless she really wants to build muscle in her upper body. I wouldn’t even have her train arms directly. It’s pretty useless for most women.

You do realize that she's not really going to gain on her butt without gaining weight, right? Glute work will make her butt shapelier and maybe add a little bit of size but that stuff doesn't turn a flat butt into a huge bubble butt.

you should probably just have her do this workout
Workout A
Squat, bench, deadlift
Workout B
Squat, shoulder press, row
lift every other day. add glute isolations at the end of workouts every now and then for fun

Compound movements have the benefit of working your core, which is what most people lack when doing their weird splits
