if you do have HIV, it's pretty much cured, meaning if you take the medication you'll live a normal life just as long as you would've if you didn't have it

I did. but only for a couple of minutes. Keep in mind this happened 4 weeks ago. I got similiar symptoms the day after except no sore throat.

I guarantee my immune was weak from partying/drinking/lack of sleep every night

should I go into a walk in clinic, public health facility? I dont have a personal dr. I just want to make sure it isnt HIV or any other STD's.

get a primary care doctor. just find one on zocdoc or something. I think thrush itself is not the issue but why your immune system is fizzling out. Especially since infection came back. Maybe you have diabetus or immunosupressed for other reasons - that's why you need to find a normal doc. Let him decide if it's std or not. Hopefully it's just candida but you might also be in a good spot now to uncover something in early stages before it's too late.

health is lowkey more important that even height, hair and facial aesthetics

HIV takes up 10 years to show any major symptoms. Even if you do have HIV, you have 10 years before it turns into AIDS.
