i work at cad news. We get so many reports of home invasions, we don't even bother reporting it. We'll start doing the same soon with car jackings in toronto - cuz it's almost a daily thing now cuz our justice sytem is such a joke. Risk vs reward. The most they'll get is probabation. And gun laws don't apply to criminals.

I need a co2 BB hand gun .Shoot tye fuker in the face and try to take out an eye .

Sad part is I bought some high end ubiquity surveillance cameras last year ,but have yet to install them .
Had they been working , I could have gotten a pic of the guy standing on my doorstep,and obviously known something was wrong

in the future i'd advise against opening the door at 11 pm, and getting something for self defense, no idea what cuckdeau allows you cucks to have up there but it sounds like guns aren't an option. pepper spray would probably be your best bet. a bb gun won't do a fukking thing.

In Canada the laws pretty much fuk you over using anything for self defence, and any prohibited weapons catching you additional charges.

Another thing they're waiting to charge you with "excessive force" should you go too far defending yourself your family or home.

It's the worst cucked laws that protect the criminals and leave everyone that abides by the law defenceless.

There was an incident in a neighbouring town where a grizzly bear broke into a house . His kids were in another room sleeping . He’s in bed with his wife when they hear the commotion, and he grabs his gun and shoots the bear in the kitchen .
I can’t remember the outcome ,but I recall he was charged with three different things .
Sucks that you have to get a lawyer in a circumstance like that

Well for fk sakes . I’m laying in bed and my house alarm woke me up , thought I had a breach .
Phone 911 and they ask me if this is an emergency,as there very busy right now.
I said I’m not sure as I believe my house alarm went off , so they gave me the detachments local number instead .
Couldn’t get threw to them , so I get up and go into the living room to get my newly acquired baseball bat ,and my reading glasses .
I was sound asleep , so hearing the alarm at the time told my brain it was the house alarm, all the while it was my Apple Watch on my dresser screeching with the emergency broadcast signal .
If I had my glasses handy I could have checked , but in the moment I was freaking out as I thought someone booted in a door .
Gotta figure out how to disable that f’ng alert on my watch .

Well it’s just after 11:00 PM yesterday, and I was going to go to bed early so I could get a good start on my gym renovations , but decided to keep watching tv .
There’s a knock on my front door which is a little abnormal , and I try and see out the side window if I can , but I thought wtf am I being so paranoid about , as this isn’t Portland .
I srs thought it was a neighbour and let my guard down.

Well I should have been paranoid,as someone rushed in the door as I was opening it with what I believe was a steel pipe or a hammer , and smoked me over the head with it .



At this point I’m in disbelief and a bit incoherent as I’m stumbling backwards .
The guys got a hoody on and a face mask , and I can only see his eyes . He’s swinging like a mad man at me , and I’m doing my best to deek his attempts at landing blows. Well I managed to get missed a few times , but then got hit in the face breaking my nose .

Now I’m stumbling and end up on my knees between my couch and coffee table .
As I’m trying to get up I yell obscenities at him . Up until this point not a word has been spoken by either of us , as a matter of fact he never spoke once .


Well the strangest thing happened. I’m thinking this is the end , but when he heard my voice , instead of engaging any further , he just stops and looks at me in the eyes for a split second , then makes a beeline for the door .
He could have taken anything at this point , but fled.

I’m legally blind in my right eye , and there’s blood pouring off my forehead into my left eye .
I didn’t even close the door behind him,and went to find my phone . I can’t see chit and walk to the kitchen sink to clear blood from my eyes , only to drop my phone into the left hand side of the sink which is full of water , as I had just done dishes , but had more to do yet.
So now the screen on my iPhone is not functioning properly, but I dry it and it recovers .
But this cost a few important minutes ,as when I phoned the police they brought the dog , but unfortunately couldn’t find the guy .
The police think he may also have had an accessory who drove , causing the dog to lose the sent .

Anyways , the police ask me if I have any drug involvement , or owed anyone money .
Of course none of the above, but it started to make sense , as this didn’t seem like a routine home invasion to rob the place, but a hit .
I’m laying in the hospital bed , and as I’m thinking about this situation, it’s obvious that when the perp heard my voice, that’s when he bolted as he realized he was at the wrong house .
I had most of the lights off ,and it was fairly dark in my living room , so he couldn’t make me out very well till I got to the coffee table .

My unemployed neighbour really likes his blow but can’t afford it , and I really believe he was the intended target .


Anyways lesson learned , never open your door if you don’t know for 100% certainty who it is .Normally this isn’t a thing around here , but this towns gone for chit since they started shipping the homeless from Vancouver and the lower mainland here
