Sometimes the tough love is the only thing that works. An entire generation missed (misced) out on tough love.

mikebadg3 is kinda right, there isn't any reason for the tough love. My generation is too old to be fixed, they needed it at an early age.

yet you're still in what was a positive vibrations thread and are desperately clawing at anyone who will allow you to get close to them, to drag them down with you in your pit of misery and sadness. I know it's not you, but the spirits within you, nobody really cares what background you come from, depression and mental acuities impact every caste on the socioeconomic ladder.

if you really cared, you would not be using condemnation or judgement to twist someone in your own worldview. The most powerful and effective way to do that is with love and compassion, that they might see your example and follow you. I am just shining a spotlight on you that all can see on here, the demons within you have risen to the surface for all to see, hopefully for you to see as well.

I don't "cry all day and do drugs" so I'm not sure where your posts are coming from lol (btw, I've actually been insanely fortunate/lucky in life and sure as hell am not crying about my situation). My point ITT is that you can free yourself from mind-created problems (which are the problems ruling most peoples' lives and creating their unhappiness) by paying attention to your mind (thus beginning the inevitable process of ego death). You can call it the benefits of mindfulness or spirituality, there's many ways to describe it. The fact that you think this is about drugs (which apparently also creates a really aggressive emotional reaction in you, weird) just shows you are completely unaware (srs)

curious to glean more insights about your emotional state from the projections in your next post

Do you not realize that you are contradicting your claim by making this thread? (srs)

Not trying to be a dick at all. It’s right in the definition for the word.

what does sharing your experiences with ego death have to deal with the definition of the word and how you're twisting it to make him feel bad?

another negative spirit has entered the chat

You seemed to be quite passionate about defending OP who is a coping loser. Miscers tend to defend each other who are in the same situations

I'm defending the idea that ego death provides practical life benefits (because it is aligned with my spiritual beliefs), nothing more or less. You are the one who is projecting negative emotions (that have something to do with your loser friends that you wish would stop doing drugs? I can't really tell) but it doesn't really affect the spiritual truth of this world. You haven't even argued against my main point btw - you've just interjected random nonsense ITT. Which leads me to conclude that you aren't really here for the true purpose of the thread (nor are you capable of understanding it at this point in your life) but you are here to project different ideas entirely... ones that have nothing to do with anything related to this thread topic, but rather they are personal problems that you contend with and wish you had control over (srs)

Brah, I wish you could tell your friends to stop crying and doing drugs, too. I wish they would. But it has nothing to do with me or my spiritual beliefs.

Strong myth. It's fun I guess but you are not reaching any type of enlightenment from eating that kind of stuff or doing blotters. During you have deep thoughts but it never sticks. I find better results from consistent meditation than pyschs. Seems like placebo.
Do not think that what is hard for you to master is humanly impossible; and if it is humanly possible, consider it to be within your reach.

it's a bit of a bummer that i've wasted so long living in the dark, but some people seemingly never come out of it but just continue to live in misery
