"Wealthy Tradies" earning $100k is what I said. Obviously this isn't wealthy when compared to someone with actual generational family wealth, but for someone living in a relatively rural area of the Midwest and deriving all their income from labor, earning $100k is pretty good. There's a reason these guys married females as attractive as they did. But they're definitely not trash, just "Good ol boy" types".

And just to clarify..... These are not guys I'd consider my "social peers" nowadays, and I only see them for drinks or tailgates a couple times for year. But good people are good people, and they keep my mental health in good shape. I have many groups like this that I only see a few times per year.

Had a training trip in Dallas TX back in 2016 I think it was at the Westin near Irving TX. Got there and there was also a Metlife insurance seminar thing going on there. Learned you can get insured for anything, srs. Long story short when you check in you get 2 free drinks at the bar. There were a lot of men, and a lot of women there, none of them with their families that I could see. Some single, most married. So they all go down to the bar tto get their free drinks. People getting tipsy.

So I come down to get a Pepsi because I was craving one and there was a gas station across the street. It was almost midnight. Sloots were flirting hard, all over the dudes and vice versa. Many of them with wedding rings on, some without, some both had wedding bands on but you could tell they weren't a married couple.

I'm sure after some innocent friendly fun they all went back to their respectable hotel rooms by themselves and there was no hanky panky because after all, Insurance Sales people are highly respectable and not sleazy.

Lol, I went to another party a few weeks ago that was a Bonfire/Oktoberfest thing, with people from the same town I grew up in but a younger crowd. I'm well known in my job field for a lot of success over the past 3-4 years. The guy's mom was at the party, and she is a hot 55ish year old married lady who is also successful in the same field, but at a much smaller scale.

This woman was biting her lower lip while talking to me and looking at me like I'm some type of god. Was really strange, as I've known this woman since I was like 10. Like this woman could have been pulled and fuked in one of the bedrooms of the house with her husband of 30 years downstairs at the party. Yeah, of course the guys who own the companies were doing well over the last few years. But I don't really consider those guys "Tradies" anymore as someone earning that much probably isn't actually doing the work and has many working under him.

$100k for a guy showing up and punching a clock every day is still pretty good, especially in lower COL area. These guys all live in 2800 sq/ft houses that were built in the last 5 years. "Wealthy" was definitely a reference to tradies, not as a comparison to all people.

And $600k is the current value of the house. They were probably worth $800k-850k back in 2021.
