Yeah it does feel kind of naturalIt's been so long since I started it's hard to remember lol. In HS I always skipped breakfast so I was never getting 3 full meals. In college I started gaining weight, so that's why I started OMAD. I also ate smaller meals during the week and had my cheat meals on the weekends. I remember in college I would get really hungry at night and would sometimes have to snack on something, I'd have a half a bag of chips just to get my mind off the hunger and go to sleep. After I got out of college it was one solid meal every day and that was fine for a while. As I said though, over the 12 years since I've been out I've been eating more and more at that one meal. Didn't have any problems this August though when I started cutting back, no where near as bad as the hunger when I first started fasting in college.

Try eating the same amount of calories but pay attention to food combinations and see if you are less tired
Certain foods sometimes don't digest well when combined with other foods

But that’s good to know will try and monitor. Will be keeping a pretty steady diet framework but will change the individual foods for sure. Hoping I just get used to it though, because I haven’t had an issue combining foods until I’ve put everything together in this larger volume. Can research more. Bc there will be dairy/meat etc all in it
