Rate my OMAD/10

Working up to a slow bulk Edit: I guess technically 3 meals but same concept as OMAD

Meal 1 - Nutrishake - Probably about 750 calories, 70g protein

Meal 2 - Chick Parm Veggies - No clue, probably about 700 calories, 30g protein (wot say u, misc?)

Meal 3 - Dessert - 550 Calories, ~20g protein

~2000 calories (guessing) and probably 120g protein

will need to add more as I grow, but not sure what I'll add yet..........
Maybe mixed nuts & ....

Do you weight 100lbs?

There's no way you should be bulking on just 2500 calories. That's around maintenance for most. (Ded fkn Srs)

I'm 5'8" 145 lbs. Testing what my maintenance is right now based on what happens on 2000. My goal is to eat however many calories that gets me to .5lbs/week / 2lbs/mo

based on this diet you are just going to stay about the same BF but be smaller

eat more protein probably about 225g
cut out fats to only 40g
fill in the rest of the calories with carbs after that.

this 1g/lb is for normies not people trying to add mass beyond being a normie

thanks brah. do you have any other foods that are protein/carb dense and healthful enough besides the ones pictured. I'm guessing the "main" meal and also dessert could be bulked up the most

You're eating chicken parm. How about eat 1-2 whole chicken breasts instead of 3 oz of whatever kind of chicken that is. (Ded fkn Srs)

That's fair - that'll get me another 20g prot off the bat - I also just thought of pasta alternatives. Whole grain or those lentil chits - bang another 10-20g protein off the bat. Also may add olive oil to the shake ..... hmmmmmmmmmmm

eh im probably way too far into bodybuilding all my food is boring AF, I like lean ground beef and rice the most, I put white cheddar popcorn salt on the rice and soy sauce tastes amazing all mixed together. Cream of rice and a whey protein you like mixed together is delicious, you can add vanilla or other flavoring extracts to it as well to make it tasty. Stevia/monk fruit will help you have sweets without increasing blood sugar or added calories. Protein pancakes made with whey and egg whites is delicious, just add some baking powder so they fluff. Whole eggs and fat free cheese with some toast and cinnamon/stevia with spray butter.

Great calls boyos, will implement eggs/egg whites & oats (prob in the shake), lean grilled chicken (can alternate w other lean proteins in the "lunch" ), olive oil, cream of rice. PPancakes is a great way to beef up my dessert; just takes some time to make.

Good stuff boyos. Sounds like if I just increase the volume, I'll be on the right track, and macros should follow; can now see that I can fairly easily hit 150g+
