Rate my OMAD/10
Working up to a slow bulk Edit: I guess technically 3 meals but same concept as OMAD
Meal 1 - Nutrishake - Probably about 750 calories, 70g protein

Meal 2 - Chick Parm Veggies - No clue, probably about 700 calories, 30g protein (wot say u, misc?)

Meal 3 - Dessert - 550 Calories, ~20g protein

~2000 calories (guessing) and probably 120g protein
will need to add more as I grow, but not sure what I'll add yet..........
Maybe mixed nuts & ....

There's no way you should be bulking on just 2500 calories. That's around maintenance for most. (Ded fkn Srs)

based on this diet you are just going to stay about the same BF but be smaller
eat more protein probably about 225g
cut out fats to only 40g
fill in the rest of the calories with carbs after that.
this 1g/lb is for normies not people trying to add mass beyond being a normie

Stevia/monk fruit will help you have sweets without increasing blood sugar or added calories. Protein pancakes made with whey and egg whites is delicious, just add some baking powder so they fluff. Good stuff boyos. Sounds like if I just increase the volume, I'll be on the right track, and macros should follow; can now see that I can fairly easily hit 150g+
