I’m outside of Memphis. Memphis is bad but the Mississippi county I’m in is very right winged and actually has too strict of a police force. I actually see a lot of them in the gym and they seem cool. Even the female cops are normal people. Memphis has gone to hell. Dominant black and I’d say 80% of them have backed up child support and no drivers license. 50% of them have a record a mile long. Like all the jobs are majority thugs. Soon I think the police will probably have to run jobs. Like bud people in ir police will have an app that tells you who is suppose to be at work or something becayse it’s that bad. We are having job sites get hit with 60-70 cars get broken into. Mobs of people hitting warehouses and stores. Memphis is super liberal too. Let’s everyone out of jail. Let a repeat rape offender out and he raped a white woman jogging and killed get. Looked at his dna and actually connected to 2 other women that were killed. It’s all through the city like this. They look for any reason to fire white cops though and that happened in my home town and the city went to hell.

It really all depends on a) the company and b) who will hire you as a new driver.

Experiences may vary.Due to new regulations that took effect this year, this is your only option. No more “learning on the job”.

Here is the thing with a CDL though… the real learning happens AFTER you get it. If you’re a piece of sh!t in a car, it will translate over to a 65ft 80,000lbs truck. So don’t be an a$$hole and you’ll be fine out there.
