What is with the water culture these days?

We're completely overhydrated as a society. Go to the gym, everyone has their big water bottles. Go for a 5 mile car ride, water container. Fat ****it pyramid schemer Andy Frisella's 75 hard says a gallon a day. D-bags walking around gym holding a gallon jug.

Give me a water bubbler to walk to in between sets.
2-3 quarts is all you need.
Stop drinking 4 hours before bed.

I don't need to be peeing every 30 minutes. Complete overkill

medicines and chemicals tend to remove fluids but not to the extent that some drink water.

Especially with all the sloots at work carrying these around drinking water non stop(so they all piss like every 45 mins).

Humans were never meant to force feed water all day. We drank when we were thirsty. Period.

The notion of "you are already dehydrated if you wait until you are thirsty to drink" is total bro science.

Or "piss should always be clear"

Complete broscience.

the real problem is the plastic particles in the water.

its still probably better to drink more water than less. It would be pretty hard to drink so much water that you mess up your electrolytes, so as long as you are not doing that you are fine.

I was a huge proponent of mass water drinking for like 30 years almost.

Got to thinking that I am probably leeching the nutrients out of my system by drinking so much of it as I didnt feel good and had not felt right for a long time.

I cut my water intake way down, by way more than half and increased my sodium and potassium and the turn around was almost right away. By day two I felt way better.

Been at it for a month or so now and feel great.

I bring gallon jugs of water into work daily.

brb know I'm set with good drinking water even if I work a double shift
brb it costs 1/4th the price as buying them in smaller bottles

I don't carry it around at work and just leave it sit until use it, but you get the idea. Stay mad.

Humans also died at age 24 from old age back then.

We are severely under hydrated as a society.

Nobody ever came into hospital and was told yo you drank too much water, you need dehydration now!!! But plenty of people come in daily and are immediately hydrated, because they are dehydrated.

I think it is healthy.

The idea caffeine does not count is a myth. Caffeinated drinks hydrate you.

In my day nobody carried water unless you were hiking the PCT or something. Even if at an amusement park or something you just used the water fountains. Nowadays people are so scared to use water fountains “oh no, that is filthy it might give me cooties and strengthen my immune system”. So now you have billions of people with the immune system of a newborn in the black plague times.

Most people are dehydrated. probably a good thing that they drink water at work all day, because all the booze they have after hours dehydrates teh fuk out of you.

That's awesome you recognized the issue. When I do short term fasts (2-4 days) I of course drink a ton of water since your body leeches it out the first couple of days as the body uses up its stored glycogen. Drinking more water than usual is mandatory during a fast. I can tell a definite difference from when I take sodium and potassium vs. when I don't. Not only do the salts prevent the headache that's almost guaranteed on day 2 or 3 of a fast, I feel more alert and willing to work out. It isn't placebo, there are biochemical reasons.

Go on a trip, wife has two bottles in a center console. Can't go an hour without having to stop and pee.

Drink water, but 2-3 quarts is fine. That's about 2.5 l for you metric cucks.

Absolutely agreed on that. And people are haphazard with them. BRB, leaving bottled water at the beach. Ya see it all the time, those bunch of kunts. I keep a thermos of water in one or both of my cars because sometimes I'll be in the car for hours. Even before I did that though I basically never bought bottled water. I could count on two hands, maybe even one hand the number of times I've ever bought bottled water for myself. If I buy something to drink while getting gas I get something like an Arizona iced tea, Gatorade, or the only soda I drink more than a couple times of year, a Diet Mountain Dew.

"Water culture" lol, you mean like being a living organism?

Our bodies are 80% water. The typical healthy human urinates 2 liters per day!

Now do the math, and go have yourself a nice tall glass of ice water.
