What is with the water culture these days?
We're completely overhydrated as a society. Go to the gym, everyone has their big water bottles. Go for a 5 mile car ride, water container. Fat ****it pyramid schemer Andy Frisella's 75 hard says a gallon a day. D-bags walking around gym holding a gallon jug.
Give me a water bubbler to walk to in between sets.
2-3 quarts is all you need.
Stop drinking 4 hours before bed.
I don't need to be peeing every 30 minutes. Complete overkill

medicines and chemicals tend to remove fluids but not to the extent that some drink water.
There is an unspoken thing, we are iron brothers and sisters, we are to support each other and...It is our duty to support our brothers and sisters in the iron game!

Especially with all the sloots at work carrying these around drinking water non stop(so they all piss like every 45 mins).

Humans were never meant to force feed water all day. We drank when we were thirsty. Period.
The notion of "you are already dehydrated if you wait until you are thirsty to drink" is total bro science.
Or "piss should always be clear"
Complete broscience.

the real problem is the plastic particles in the water.
its still probably better to drink more water than less. It would be pretty hard to drink so much water that you mess up your electrolytes, so as long as you are not doing that you are fine.

I was a huge proponent of mass water drinking for like 30 years almost.
Got to thinking that I am probably leeching the nutrients out of my system by drinking so much of it as I didnt feel good and had not felt right for a long time.
I cut my water intake way down, by way more than half and increased my sodium and potassium and the turn around was almost right away. By day two I felt way better.
Been at it for a month or so now and feel great.

"To be a warrior is not a simple matter of wishing to be one. It is rather an endless struggle that will go on to the very last moment of our lives. Nobody is born a warrior, in exactly the same way that nobody is born an average man. We make ourselves into one or the other."-- Carlos Castaneda

I bring gallon jugs of water into work daily.
brb know I'm set with good drinking water even if I work a double shift
brb it costs 1/4th the price as buying them in smaller bottles
I don't carry it around at work and just leave it sit until use it, but you get the idea. Stay mad.

We are severely under hydrated as a society.
Nobody ever came into hospital and was told yo you drank too much water, you need dehydration now!!! But plenty of people come in daily and are immediately hydrated, because they are dehydrated.

In my day nobody carried water unless you were hiking the PCT or something. Even if at an amusement park or something you just used the water fountains. Nowadays people are so scared to use water fountains “oh no, that is filthy it might give me cooties and strengthen my immune system”. So now you have billions of people with the immune system of a newborn in the black plague times.

Most people are dehydrated. probably a good thing that they drink water at work all day, because all the booze they have after hours dehydrates teh fuk out of you.

Go on a trip, wife has two bottles in a center console. Can't go an hour without having to stop and pee.
Drink water, but 2-3 quarts is fine. That's about 2.5 l for you metric cucks.

I could count on two hands, maybe even one hand the number of times I've ever bought bottled water for myself. "Water culture" lol, you mean like being a living organism?
Our bodies are 80% water. The typical healthy human urinates 2 liters per day!
Now do the math, and go have yourself a nice tall glass of ice water.
