The 2 supps I feel the benefit from the most are Vit D and Magnesium powder (Natural Calm brand). I also take a thyroid supplement on the advice of my endocrinologist because I have an autoimmune disease. I think fish oil is worth taking but I'm not good at keeping up with supplementing it.

Blend a bit of watermelon and add salt to it. Drink that like 20 minutes before you workout. Veins will pop like crazy.

Citrulline is a nitric oxide supplement which acts as a mild vasodilator. Malic acid is found in fruit. Citrulline Malate studies show improved workout performance and recovery. It works as part of pre-workout supplement, 6-8 grams of powder mixed in water.
With no flavoring it tastes acidic. I feel some energy from it, almost like caffeine but different.

And it’s not longer bonded. They just throw the two together and mix.
You actually need a lot of actual L-Citrulline to get the volume effect and improve blood flow. It’s 6-10g based on level of lean mass

Generally regarded as safe and effective, and are legal? The following three are in my stack:
BCAA- Endurance, recovery, fat loss.
For maximum workout benefit: 5g pre-workout and 5g in workout water. It's effect is not persistent, so the times at which one takes it are important.
Creatine- Endurance, cognition, sleep.
It is persistent, so the time at which one takes it is unimportant. It does not have immediate effect. For quicker results some people pre-load by doubling-up for a week or two. I toss 5g into my morning re-hydration water.
Creatine will likely result in some weight gain, as it causes the muscles to absorb and retain more water. That is the mechanism by which it improves endurance.
Taurine- Recovery, fat loss, heart health, sleep
It is somewhat persistent, so the time(s) at which one takes it aren't terribly important. I toss ±1.5g into my morning re-hydration water and another ±1.5g into the water bottle I fill after my morning coffee, for a total of ±3g/day.
[color=red]If one is on BP medication be careful with Taurine. It can, and often does, lower BP.[color]I've read it may be contraindicated if one suffers from psoriasis or psoriatic arthritis.
Otherwise: None of the three I listed have any known adverse effects or adverse interactions with prescription medsof which I'm aware.

Yes: Because creatine causes the muscles to retain more water (see my prior post), it may artificially add some bulk that will disappear at some point if (when) you stop taking it. But, in the meantime, if you use the increased endurance that results from taking it to build more muscle, that will stay.

I've tried maybe almost a thousand products over the last two decades.
I'd probably say overall and not bodybuilding related, Kratom.

You get a lot deeper sleep on it, and feel like you got 8 hours even if you only got 6, which I feel like is half of the benefit.

Galantamine. It gives me super lucid dreams. We spend 1/3 of our life sleeping, why not be in control of it?
