Leg day plan look good?

Going to try to commit to one leg day a week itself. Practically doing ppl split now

3x5 squats
3x10 hip thrusts
3x10 leg press
3x10 bulgarian split squat
3x10 hamstring curl if i can find a machine for it

Too much volume? Change exercises or set reps? Probably only doing legs once per week and not on other days

Looks fine to me but I’m just a bro finding any excuse to skip legs.

Here are some for you to try.

“I have a hike planned I really shouldn’t”
“My ankle injury is flaring up”
“Damn all the racks are taken except the bad one”
“Too close to the weekend I don’t want sore legs when I’m trying to relax”
Pronouns: Bro/Brah

mirin

I've reused the "the racks are all busy and i don't have time to wait" line a lot lately

and the "my gym buddy isn't really feeling it anymore, i don't want to keep him here, better go oh well"

That's a bit too much volume for me, but I'm old and busted.

I'd ditch the leg press. If you are squatting heavy the 3x5 squats should wear you out pretty good.

I'd also throw in some sort of lateral movement to hit every part of the legs function.

That’s all you do? My back has been hurting by I still at least do 6 sets of leg curl. I start with 135 on squat. Then 145. Then 175. Then 225. Then 235. Then 250. Maybe go to 275. Then Bs k to 225. I do all sets until failure. I might do leg press after that depending on how I feel. Then I’ll finish with sit ups and back extensions
