I agree it should be picked up in the news outlets... and it has but it has been covered scarcely. But much of that is because of how this is being handled. How Musk selected the reporters, drips it out rather than releases everything, and they have it being reported through Twitter rather than letting them report it through another outlet. I understand why Musk did it this way as it is more beneficial and probably profitable for Twitter. But he should have just released everything to all journalists rather than leaking this out to only a couple of select journalists just to have it covered on Twitter. If you would release it all to everyone you would have more journalists reviewing and picking it up through varies outlets.

Not if it's only going to be released to select people. There is a reason Musk handpicked Taibbi and Weiss. And the fact that he handpicked them is obviously going to make people extremely skeptical about this entire process. If you want people talking about it, then release it to everyone.

Idk about that bro. You see what Harwell did in that email? He is creating a story out of...social media posts. Except he decided to cover Qanon instead of the FBI Twitter Files.

Imagine emailing Elon about about a couple ******** and Truth social account that have 112k and 165k followers, respectively, because you want to write about Qanon? But, you are contacting a man with 122,000,000 followers, who has been dropping what should be some of the biggest news stories of the year, yet you have absolutely nothing to ask him about it?

I'm not even referring to the "libs." I'm just saying let everyone see it. I get that it drives traffic to Twitter the way he is doing it but if you're going to drip it out at least make it accessible for everyone to report on it rather than reporting on reporters.

No I didn't see that but there areplentyof journalists out there. Some are hacks for the left, some are hacks for the right, and some are good. My point is, let them all have access to the Twitter Files. Because only select people have access, it's being dripped out, etc., it adds a layer of skepticism for a lot of people. If you really want this out there for everyone to see then put it out there for everyone to see. That's all I'm saying.

If you release it all at once, 90% of the media will find the least bad thing in there and run it non-stop for 2 days, painting it as no big deal.

Then anything that anybody tries to run on it after that will be branded as debunked or a nothingburger.
