Diet doesn’t seem near 2k unless the authentic taco guys are loading up on sauces or something.

I’d say for a week track accurately what you can. No eating out, find a number track to make sure and then adjust from there because it doesn’t seem like you’re eating all that much

Ditch processed / fast foods whole foods only

looks like clown diet results in you eating at maintenance

declownify it and actually cut and you should be good

your age, kids etc. are all irrelevant

don't eat the kid's leftover nuggets

If you're too much of a weirdo to handle this, just fast / use those satiety hormone diabetes medicines.

Like I said, major lifestyle change coming soon, want to couple that with TRT and get into a different headspace.

Sounds like I'm cutting out the prepackaged chit again and breaking out mfp. It's just been weird because I don't feel like a glutton but damn I'm done with also being a fuk. Hopping in TRT for multiple reasons but mental and physical health being primary.

IF makes it a lot easier

i compress all food into 5-9pm srs

that way you can at least feel fully satisfied for a part of every day and kinda reset mentally

You need moar protein, fruits and vegetables in your diet.

I know it's tough with kids. I was there when mine was younger but somehow I got in the best shape of my life when she was 7. I felt like it was important to show healthy food choices to her. I'm trying to do that again, now.

I don't understand why incorporating food into your diet such a huge drama for you?
