The guy was justified to shoot the guy, but went overboard with the execution.

At the end of the day, the robber was a human being who had dreams, hopes and aspirations. A robbery isn't a throwaway of all of those things. Killing someone senselessly is a throwaway of those things, but the robber did not commit that crime.

He gave an example of a case that contradicted your claim of 'people don't intend to kill during theft'. There was no burden of proof for cases with no fatality, burden of proof was in fatality of the victim which he provided.

If someone pointed a gun at my family and demanded money, I would give them the money. AS THAT'S THE RIGHT THING AND THE SAFEST THING TO DO. If they were just straight up looking to kill people, then I would start shooting. But the case here is that the robber wasn't looking to kill. He was demanding money and using the gun as a scare tactic.

Like I said before, some of yall act all tuff with this gun stuff but when one is pointed in your face, you act like you've never seen a gun before and react incorrectly, escalating the situation to higher levels than needs be.
