I've seen Zeihan in other videos where I think he's exaggerating the pace China's population will go down, but other than that he's basically just relating data that's readily available to find elsewhere. There are of course so many unforeseen things that can happen in the world (like an ironclad alliance with Russia for food and energy security much stronger than now) that throw his predictions off course, but as things stand right now his predictions are on the correct trajectory.

If there's anything that will give China a strong future it will be helper AI robots, which will have to be really, really advanced and be heavily deployed.
