Supps for stress/anxiety....
Does anything legit make a difference? I need to tame this crap. Stuff's going on that "powering through" just will make people's lives around me worse and nothing can really be done about the situation.
Started taking ashwagandha, going to order l-theanine, probably pick out a good vitamin d+k2 and zinc+copper next.
In before "just meditate and practice mindfulness man. Also do a gratitude journal!" Lol.

kratom shots. But from a good/higher price brand at a smoke shop, not the gas station stuff. Only thing that has worked for me, everything else is crap that you mentioned.

I’ve used Ashwagandha off and on, that works incredibly well.
Prescription Propranolol works like a charm too, I’d ask your dr about it.

Idk. I’ve never felt an effect from anything, I’ve tried taking like huge ass doses of high withanoid or whatever ksm66 ashwaganda and never noticed anything.
Actually I did notice an effect from kava, akin to having a beer or two, but the downside was feeling like you drank a gallon of nasty root paste water

If you’re a tea drinker, you could try Kava tea. Don’t know the science of it but it did seem to mellow me out a bit. It has an acquired taste though…

I just drink alot.
Also take time to process your negative emotions, the stress and depression will slowly lift once you figure out where the fear is originating from.
Its a way of taking back control of yourself, you feel stress when you feel like you have no control over your thoughts
If you just suppress those feelings through distraction or w/e then they will keep influencing your behavior

Not against that stuff, and by nature I'm constantly reminded how lucky I am in life. Unfortunately that stuff doesn't help the acute side of this. :-/

Started out by writing it down too, again and again until I believed it. Writing it down feels very visceral and draws my focus outward rather than inward, and I’d use a pencil because the feel of pencil lead on paper helped drive it home (srs)
