Lacks seasoning and sauce you're about to use looks generic.

the tortillas block nearly all of the absorption of the zinc in the shrimp due to an interaction between phytic acid, Ca(OH)2 (from the nixtamalization process) and zinc making a phytate-zinc-calcium complex that can't be absorbed

And phytic acid doesn’t block ALL of the absorption. It blocks some depending on level. Fresh maize is low.

not that shrimp contain mind-blowing amounts of zinc, just that if u wanna say high test meal, that's principle among the test micros

this info is only particularly relevant if you are a tortillamaxxer and eat them in every meal
at that point u could actually instigate an insufficiency in spite of you eating a bunch of beef or whatever with them

High test is due to large amounts of monounsaturated fatty acids in the avocado. Plus zinc and selenium in the shrimp, not to mention dietary cholesterol.
All combined, high test.

It would be minimal. Ratty is completely wrong about saying it negates ALL minerals. It does impact to some degree but it is blown out of proportion and oysters contain a massive amount of zinc.
