Oddly, never once puked from drinking, no clue why; blacked out a lot, but never puke.

Kinda regret doing so much speed and all the other drugs when I was younger. Although I am thankful I was such a hardcore addict that I crashed and burned in my early-mid 20s and didn't waste my entire life away. But am happy with where I'm at now so can't say I regret it that much, live and learn

Maybe not taking up a melodic instrument as a kid.
There are many significantly more consequential things I wish I would have done differently, but I find it hard to regret them given what I knew at the time; yeah, I'm pretty unhappy now because of my decisions, but I still think they were good decisions for what I knew then.
I guess I make few mistakes but plenty of wrong choices.

You’re trying to wean off an addiction by using an alternative method that pumps you with 50x the nicotine and you can smoke them pretty much anywhere.
I should have just stayed with regular cigs.

Two things:
1) Not striking it while the iron is hot with gorgeous girls. Lost my chance, and definitely would have wifed the chit outta one of those girls, and have a family underway already.
2) Not getting my PhD topic right the first time, it cost me a few years and dragged it out into my 30s. I really wanted to be all finished with school by 30.

Not realizing that partying and getting bad grades in university closed a lot of doors later in life and were expensive to reopen in both money and time. Once I figured out what I wanted to do for a profession my university transcript was useless. If I'd just gotten B's instead of D's it would have made a big difference and didn't require a lot of effort (which I know now).
I had an amazing time at school in many ways socially but that's the one thing I wish I'd done differently.

I thought in my mind that I'd cough like crazy, that it'd be disgusting, you know - the expected reaction. But when I lit the ciggy up outside the lab, from the first drag I loved it.
I was 27.
I think back, 15 years ago, and wish I had never tried that cigarette. Might sound like a very minor regret to you guys, but it's the biggest regret I can think of right now.

...Being overly conservative financially.
I have no clue where the money went I responsibly didnt spend but I've tracked the investments I could have made and I would have been a LOT richer at this point.

Spending WAY too much time obsessing about men--what does their text mean, how to get them into a relationship, constantly checking my phone.
What a waste of time and energy in retrospect.

That is the strange thing for me too really. Nicotine is so powerful yet all these other "hard droogs" people mention had no addictive effect on me at all.

pissing away hs, college, and early 20s on being a loser gamer. Luckily i sorted myself out a bit with better hobbies, landed decent career and got a great gf now with friends but that time will be lost. I regret it but also at the same time, it could have been way worse lol

cigarettes are definitely one.
I regret every time I stop a regular workout schedule.
Watching really stupid TV shows in the 80-'s and 90's...now if I can't find anything great on I find other things to do.
I wish I had spent more time outdoors skiing, camping and hiking, love that stuff
Biggest one, not cheating on my ex-wife. I remained faithful until I moved out and just pissed away shots with some great girls.

Being wreckless with my health when I was young, drinking too much, smoking cigs for years
Being incredibly irresponsible with money and buying stupid fuking cars, racking up debts for nothing and not investing my money and buying property as soon as possible when i was young as well
Not being serious about a career immediately out of highschool
Luckily I have my chit together now and have a family, house, dependable car and get by but I could be so much further ahead in life
Could be much worse of course, incredibly grateful for my life
