Best thing I can do is just more rest days and stretch my hands and also a wrist braces helps to alleviate the stress and once it subsides I can go without it for sometime

It comes and goes but fuk when it does come? Comes with a vengeance, Ibuprofen helps too if I'm in a pinch and just need to get by for a bit

I had some inflammation in my inner left elbow earlier this year. Go to the point where I had to do something about it. Targeted it indirectly with some grip exercises and light forearm curls. Did the trick, thankully. Best wishes. Srs.

My man! Good to see you posting. Hope everything is good. Enjoy those squats. Lol
The closer we approach the uncertainty of life's ending the more we wish to trade all of the things we have acquired in exchange for all of the things we have lost: wealth for youth, knowledge for fresh curiosity, resignation for hope. We'd trade our wisdom for new experiences, but it is wisdom that will teach us that at the end of the road the only new experience is death.

Nothing fancy tonight. I made a homemade broccoli and cheddar soup the other night. I'm gonna have some of that and I'm thinking a turkey melt to go with it.

I make a broccoi/cauliflower cheeder soup. One of my favorites. Made the mistake of making it for my wife while she was pregnant and never again, for her. Lol

Nice, brah. Rest can be the hardest thing to do when you're really getting at it.

Hit back today around 2pm. Crazy how much stronger I feel with a t shirt on vs a tank, even when I'm lifting at 2pm while having eaten nothing all day
