What a sea of cope ITT, but unsurprising from:

1. Folks who don't understand anything about sanctions policy;
2. Folks who buy into rhetoric that sanctions don't affect the targeted country/thematic scope;
3. Folks who probably think sanctions are unfair, and hate the OFAC.

All 3 are on gigacope doses. Totally unsurprising given a number of threads and prolific posters here.

Russia's economy is schedule to grow 0.7 percent this year despite sanctions.

The only thing the sanctions has done is created a new power axis between China/Russia/Iran/NK - probably some other smaller countries that don't really matter.

Most of our power is in the dollar's global reserve status, and thats over. Sanctions were supposed to literally destroy russia, not cause a temporary drop in gdp while half the world abandoms the dollar entirely. This cope is off the charts

Sanctions cannot end a war, they are an administrative tool. This basic fact eludes you. When the Tatmadaw took over Myanmar do you think the arms embargo was designed to stop the air strikes against civilians? Or to stop the subject persons from exporting weapons there?

In reality that only means that Korea and Russia have same artilery callbire.

Russia is outgunning Ukraine in artilery, but there is no such thing as too much shells in a war. And 152mm caliber can be found only in North Korea and Russia. Even without imports, Russia was outgunning ukraine.

In reality, 3mm make no diference, it is just diferent standard, like AC power outlets.

Diameter isn't as important as modern pieces, recently manufactured ammo, and trained operators. Russia has none of those things.
