Army has worst recruitment in decades
Prime example, fuk around and find out.
Tell me how great things are going please because this aint it.
Tell me how great things are going please because this aint it.
Research from the Military Family Advisory Network (MFAN) found that the number of military personnel who would advise others to enlist sank nearly 12 points to 62.9 percent between 2019 and 2021.
Those surveyed complained of being cash-strapped and even going hungry.
Others warned the U.S. military was becoming another casualty of the culture wars, with woke criticism of the armed forces deterring new recruits.
‘The military is a family business, and if military families are telling their children not to sign up, that sends a powerful message to everyone else, including people who are patriotic and motivated,’ Maxwell told DailyMail.com.

Country is filled with fat liberals and 13/60. I don't blame anyone for not wanting to fight for those people.

That's what happens when you bring CRT into the military.
If you are white, why would you want to fight for a Country that that tells you that you are an evil white supremacist and that nothing you ever do will be able to change that?
For minorities that buy into CRT, why would you want to fight for a country that is systemically racist, hates you, and stacks the board against you?
Demoralizing everyone doesn't appear to be going so well.

The Army missed its goal by 15k last year, you love to see it. Now they can fight the next war with lazy joggers who will work the disability system and tax the VA even more when they get out. Most of the men on base are pear shaped trash and the women are even worse. Good luck in the next war Sheniquas.

Well, Biden and his reckless decisions didn't help much either

The Marines asked for their battalion commandeer to come to the tower as psychological operations confirmed the individual met the description of the suspected bomber. They presented the commander their evidence while assuring him of the "ease of fire" on the suspect and asked for authority to shoot, but were never given permission.

Most of the military are conservatives. The left has no desire to join the military and support the guy they elected, why would conservatives? Can't see why anyone would sign up seeing the leaders we have, especially with the threat of conflict with Russia and China. I doubt we get into a legit war with either, but why even take the risk? I know I wouldn't do it again. Not risking my life to support the dementia ridden patient and what's going on. Nor do I want to be in a position where its far easier for the government to force their will on you with vaccine mandates and woke chit.
One of the 2 key demographics of people they rely on to join the military are more likely to want to fight against our government than for it.

Everything depends upon execution; having just a vision is no solution.

Biden has made it a point to politicize all the military services. It isn't surprising to me that now the military is having trouble finding recruits.
Hate to see this as showing weakness to China and other countries can lead to trouble. Along these lines, recall this mention by the Florida governor, a Navy veteran ~
"Ron DeSantis bemoans U.S. military not being more like ‘Top Gun Maverick’"
https://floridapolitics.com/archives...-gun-maverick/
excerpt:
"In real life, what's the Navy doing? Focusing on pronouns."
Gov. Ron DeSantis addressed the need to “fumigate” the federal bureaucracy during a recent interview, citing the latest “Top Gun” movie to illustrate his point.
DeSantis, appearing on the Aug. 13 episode of the Glenn Beck Show, blasted the Department of Defense for not living up to the standards of the durable Tom Cruise franchise.
“DOD! I take my son to watch “Top Gun: Maverick,” right? And you’re proud of seeing the pilots and all that. Then in real life, what’s the Navy doing? They’re focusing on pronouns and all these other things, this woke garbage, while China’s laughing at us,” DeSantis lamented.
DeSantis said that “10 years ago, if you’d asked (him) about the Department of Education, EPA, IRS,” he would have agreed with Beck about their superfluous nature.
“I would have been right there with you,” DeSantis assured the interviewer.
But that wasn’t the case with the Department of Defense.
“If you had asked me about DOD or the FBI or some of those, you know, I was in the military. I worked with some of these people. I would have said, ‘No, those are good.’ I can’t think of any agency that is performing to the benefit of the American people,” DeSantis added.
DeSantis has used the Top Gun reboot as a refrain at more than one public appearance this year, even before seeing the flick.
“I do want to see it at some point. I think it’s just, you know, it’s like any movie that’s not, like, overwhelmingly woke can actually appeal to normal people,” DeSantis said on June 9.....

1. A soldier not getting paid. Pay mix-ups happen, and when they do heaven and earth will get moved until they're fixed.
2. Religious services are always available and IF a soldier wants to attend them, then they are 100% free to do so with no questions asked.

All branches of the military are lousy with stories just like that. But like I said, that's 100% on them..
On the flip side of that though, I knew a guy once who was literally too fuking cheap to eat at McDonalds. He would get the cheapest special they had, and if wasn't something he wanted, he would get a hamburger and a cup of water. Not a Cheeseburger because that cost extra, and no fries. *A* hamburger and a cup of water.
This was 30yrs ago and he showed me an ATM receipt once that showed over $15k left in his account.
So cash strapped? GTFO.

I'm sure 30+ year olds have said this of every generation, but have you seen todays youth, they are incredibly soft.
It's not their fault either, they aren't allowed to do anything and are handled with kid gloves. When I was a kid I got away with way more in school and had way more freedom. Todays highschoolers can get suspended/expelled for things they do off campus or on social media. And todays teachers/staff/faculty are stalking these kids via social media, say/post the wrong the wrong thing or follow the wrong person and you have to visit a counselor

Not a single recruiter in the Michigan national guard hit their recruiting goal last year. People didn’t want the vax, now they’re not signing up to die in a year for muh Ukrainian sovereignty. It really isn’t rocket science

An inevitable reaction to the woke infiltration of the military.
Don't worry they always planned this. Military and Police are Power centres they aim to degrade.

Yes you had all the necessities, but saving up was borderline impossible. Didn't help that my job was 20 miles off base with expensive gas.
That chit is what caused me to get married early so I could gain access to COLA, BAH, and BAS. Then I was raking in lots of extra money. Jokes on me though now I am paying $1300 a month in child support for the next 12 years.
